My name is Alissa and I am an experienced holistic Lactation Consultant, Orofacial Myologist and Nutritionist working with families and individuals worldwide. I founded Thrive Health to help people thrive, not just survive. 

I provide a fully-holistic and evidence-based service. My individualised support is thorough, effective and functional. I create tailored care plans to address your underlying health issues, not just your symptoms. Whether you’re having breastfeeding issues, food allergy issues, sleeping troubles, or need an orofacial myologist, I’m here to help.

I pride myself on providing fully individualised clinical services informed by my thorough assessments to identify and achieve your goals. I work with clients on a range of aims, which may include improving oral function, nasal breathing, tongue resting posture, jaw space, nutrition, diet, dental health, swallowing function, functional immunity, and full muscle mobility to allow for optimal sleeping, eating, drinking and brain function.
